The hotel had balconies, but they were uncomfortable due to the hot air blowing from the air conditioning unit, which made it unbearable to stay outside, especially in the hot weather. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs, although they did not confirm our sea view room initially. The location was good, offering a nice view of the sea, but cleanliness and proper maintenance could be improved. The dining experience was not great, and the prices were high. On the positive side, it was located on the beach property, giving most rooms a beach view.
The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms with great room service, albeit needing improvement in the breakfast spread. The staff is friendly, disciplined, hardworking, reliable, and caring. However, there was a bit of an ant infestation issue that was below standards.
I was initially disappointed as the 'superior deluxe' room turned out to have fungus, not as shown in the Google pictures, although the breakfast buffet had a wide variety. The deluxe room eventually helped improve the experience.
